What Is Fraud Schemes?
Under Arizona Law A.R.S. § 13-2310, Fraudulent Schemes is a class 2 felony and occurs when persuant to a scheme or artifice to defraud, knowingly obtains any benefit by means of false or fraudulent pretenses, representations, promises or material omissions.
The punishment for fraudulent schemes with no prior convictions includes probation with zero days up to one year in jail or prison or a prison sentence ranging from 3-12.5 years.
